Jefferson is a 23-year-old from Brazil.
His mother ended up in jail in Hong Kong on drug trafficking charges after trying to rescue him from a difficult situation.
Jefferson's mother was desperate to help her son with his debts and agreed to carry a package containing drugs to Hong Kong.
"It was always just me and her. I was never very close to my father."
Jefferson misses his mum terribly. They only speak once a month during the 10-minute phone call she is allowed to make from prison.
